Episode 3 – Noel Mbo

We’re back with episode 3 and this is a big one! An exclusive interview with Helsingborg striker Noel Mbo who left Gillingham to head to the top-flight Swedish side last year.

We started by talking about how the trail at Helsingborg came up before then rewinding to his early days at Charlton and Gillingham. We then go on to discuss him signing a contract with Helsingborg and his early days at the club before Henrik Larsson took over as manager.

We move on to his loan spell at Eskilsminne in the third-tier where he did very well before coming back to Helsingborg at the start of this year with new manager Olof Mellberg and how pre-season for the 2020 was going before the pause in football across the world.

We finish with a more general chat about life in Sweden in general, very early days with Spurs and his hopes for international football with Congo.
